Harmful Effects of Smartphones

When we use smartphones it stops to release mellotron hormone which let you feel not sleepy and this may cause you Obesity, Hypertension and also sometimes Cancer. So, I want to recommend you please follow the bellow protective methods to stay safe.

Guys do you know that when our eyes get reddish light than it normally secretes or releases a hormone called mellotron which helps you to feel sleepy and then you get a peaceful sleep but normally when it gets blue light our body stops to release the mellotron hormone which normally happens in the daytime.

So in the morning when we get blue light it says us that now it is time to do work so our body feels relax and energetic so that we can work the whole day without any problem. But when it becomes evening the reddish light came from the sun gives our brain signal that now its time to sleep but when we use smartphones it also gives the blue light which gives a signal to our brain that now it’s not time to sleep.

So, When we use smartphones in night time then we will not feel sleepy because we it readily uses to stop the mellotron hormone from releasing which sends a signal to our brain that it’s not time to sleep, it’s time to work so we will not feel sleepy in that time.

Guys if you want that you want that your eyes and body should stay safe then-then I want to personally recommend you that please don’t use the smartphone before one hour of sleeping so that your body cycle keep maintained properly.

But if you can not do this means that you cant keep away your before one hour of sleeping I want to personally recommend you to turn off your night mode of android and there is night shift mode on the iPhone which you can use and  many Blue light filter apps are available in the play store for Android which you can use you just simply search for blue light filter app in the play store you will get lot .
